Lutron UK was exploring the possibility of selling one of their product lines online. In order to investigate and understand whether such an initiative would be feasible and integrate smoothly with the business infrastructure, Lutron reached out for our professional advice.

We performed a feasability analysis, defined the e-commerce strategy for the product line, and provided recommendations for business process optimization with web tools. This project was delivered in collaboration with London-based digital marketing firm TWConnect.
